Mr. Richter is currently in his fifth year as head band director at Alief Taylor High School.  He is in his twenty-first year in Alief I.S.D.  Mr. Richter currently conducts the Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Concert Band Woodwinds, Concert Band Brass, Jazz Band and Drum Line. Prior to his tenure at Alief Taylor, Mr. Richter directed both middle school and high school bands in the Willis, Boling and Fort Bend Independent School Districts. Mr. Richter received his Bachelor of Music degree from Southwest Texas State University in 1996.
